A Little Black Will Do

Well, it looks like I'm on a roll today!! It's about time. The more it came together, the more I wanted to add to it. I hope I didn't take away from it's simplicity. I really like that style.

If I had had some red flocking, I'd have used it on the Damask design. I could just "feel" it, can't you? Dawn McVey did an outstanding job in designing that set...thanks Dawn!! Because of the Damask, I thought it lent itself to a more sophisticated look. After pulling the red and white together, I felt that a splash of black was what it needed to make it pop. The little butterflies have tiny Kaiser pearls on them and then their wings pulled away so as to look like they are in flight. Hope you enjoy this. Thanks for looking!!

Stamps: PTI Damask Designs, SU Friendship Flowers
Paper: White, Real Red, Black
Ink: Real Red Craft & Classic
Accessories: Wide red grosgrain ribbon, MS triple Butterfly punch (my favorite!!), Kaiser pearls, liquid glue, 3M foam tape
